This is my go-to sauce for any Asian dumpling that you want to dunk in a spicy, soy, vinegar, bright sauce. I have also used this to as a dipping sauce for roasted potatoes, throwing on noodles, sprinkling a salad (along with EVO), and, well anything really (drizzle on roasted chicken or vegetables, etc.).

Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix well. Taste and adjust any of the ingredients to taste.
I prefer a lot of ginger and a mic of rice and black vineger.
