Name: Asian dumpling dipping sauce
Ingredients: 3 TBSP Sliced green onion; 1 TBSP Minced garlic; 1 TBSP Minced ginger; 1 TBSP Toasted sesame seeds; 2 TBSP Granulated sugar; 5 TBSP Soy sauce or tamari; 4 TBSP Rice vinegar or Chinese black vinegar; 6 TBSP Chinese style chili oil; 2 TBSP Fine chopped roasted peanuts

3 TBSP Sliced green onion
1 TBSP Minced garlic
1 TBSP Minced ginger
1 TBSP Toasted sesame seeds
2 TBSP Granulated sugar
5 TBSP Soy sauce or tamari
4 TBSP Rice vinegar or Chinese black vinegar (Black vinegar can be hard to find, rice vinegar works just fine here. You can also use some combination thereof, based on your preference)
6 TBSP Chinese style chili oil (More or less to taste, use your preferred brand)
2 TBSP Fine chopped roasted peanuts (Optional, I never use peanuts, but it is more traditional)
